When send back a return please send an email to us with the following: Item # purchased, Date of Purchase, Your Address, and the reason for return. We will reply with further instruction as to returning your item. We will only return items if item has not been used or installed on vehicle. Once the item has been installed or attempted to be installed, we will not accept any returns. Return request must be made with in 20 days from date item was received. Any request after 20 days will not be honored. All items returned must be in original condition with all items, packaging, and instructions included.
